Cheese Puffs Recipe
I originally made this Cheese Puffs for my spouse but I can't stop eating it now! Best enjoyed as a Snack this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. A good way to use up Cheese is to make some delicious Cheese Puffs. The Cheese Puffs is one of the most popular creations of the French Cuisine. If you don't want to be a big sinner, don't simply read this Cheese Puffs recipe, try it as well.
Ingredients
1/2 pound American cheese, shredded
1/2 cup (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine
1 cup unsifted regular all-purpose flour
Directions
Blend all ingredients together smoothly with fingers or pastry blender.
Roll into small balls about the size of marbles.
Place on an un-greased cooky sheet and bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
