Cheese Pots Recipe
Ingredients
40 g (1 1/2 oz) blue stilton cheese
25 g (1 oz) butter, softened
50 g (2 oz) Cheddar cheese, finely grated
2 tablespoons milk
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon chopped chives
Salt and pepper
Parsley sprigs to garnish
Directions
Place the Stilton and butter in a bowl and beat until thoroughly blended.
Beat in the Cheddar cheese and milk.
Add the garlic, chives and salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the mixture between 2 small serving pots or dishes and chill before serving.
Garnish with parsley and serve with hot toast.
