1 package cream cheese (Imperial nippy).
3 tablespoons milk

Cream butter and cheese.
Work in flour and milk.
Roll as for pastry, then cut in rounds.
Put small spoonful red currant jelly on one half circle and fold over.
Press edges together and bake until lightly brown.
About 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
