Cheese Olive Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Blue cheese | 1/2 Pound | |
| Cream cheese | 1/2 Pound | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Brandy | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ripe olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Toasted almonds | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Chopped watercress | ||
Directions
Combine blue cheese, cream cheese and butter; blend thoroughly.
Stir in chives, brandy, olives and salt.
Form mixture into 2 rolls.
Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Cover with almonds and watercress; chill until ready to serve.
