Cheese Nut Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-ounce package lime-flavored gelatin | ||
| 1 7-ounce bottle ginger ale, chilled | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1 12 Ounce, drained | |
| 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Pistachio nuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Cool; gently stir in ginger ale.
Chill till partially set.
Combine remaining ingredients; fold into gelatin.
Pour into 3 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till firm.
