Ingredients

 1 3-ounce package lime-flavored gelatin
 1 7-ounce bottle ginger ale, chilled
 Cottage cheese1 12 Ounce, drained
 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Pistachio nuts1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Cool; gently stir in ginger ale.
Chill till partially set.
Combine remaining ingredients; fold into gelatin.
Pour into 3 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till firm.
