Cheese N Tuna Salad Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped pimento-stuffed olives | ||
| 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 8 buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients for filling and mix lightly.
2. Fill buns. Wrap each sandwich in waxed paper. Heat 4 at a time in microwave oven 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes at BAKE.
