Ingredients

 Stuffed olives1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Green onions4 Small, chopped
 Stalk celery1 , chopped
 2 slices processed Gruyere cheese, diced
 Celery seed1/4 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/4 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise3 Tablespoon
 Dijon Mustard1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1/4 Teaspoon
 English muffins2 , halved
 Mozzarella cheese square4
 More paprika to taste
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place olives, onions, celery, Gruyere cheese, seasonings and mayonnaise in bowl; mix well.
Add mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; mix again and correct seasoning.
Set muffin halves on ovenproof platter and top with olive mixture.
Cover with mozzarella and dash of paprika.
Broil in oven until melted.
