Cheese Muffin Starter Recipe
Ingredients
| Stuffed olives | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onions | 4 Small, chopped | |
| Stalk celery | 1 , chopped | |
| 2 slices processed Gruyere cheese, diced | ||
| Celery seed | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| English muffins | 2 , halved | |
| Mozzarella cheese square | 4 | |
| More paprika to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Place olives, onions, celery, Gruyere cheese, seasonings and mayonnaise in bowl; mix well.
Add mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; mix again and correct seasoning.
Set muffin halves on ovenproof platter and top with olive mixture.
Cover with mozzarella and dash of paprika.
Broil in oven until melted.
