Cheese Kushiage Recipe Video

My girls love this kushiages, it’s very easy and cheap to make, in Japanese restautants is really expensive. Basically is breadcrumb coating cheese.

 Cheese10 Ounce, cut in rectangles
 Frying oil1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Cover the cheese with egg
2. Cover the cheese with panko, lightly shake excess
3. Repeat so you can cover twice, so it will be perfectly coated
4. Refrigerate for 5 minutes, to avoid cheese melting
5. Fry in very hot oil until lightly brown
6. Place over a napkin paper to remove grease excess
7. Serve

This is very simple and you can do the exact same process with fish, shirmp, banana or whatever you like. If you don’t find panko, use breadcrumbs. Hope you like it.
