Cheese In Scallop Shells Or Ramekins Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| American Cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat the oven to moderate temperature.
MAKING
2) In a bowl, add in the bread crumbs. Pour in the milk, and add in the seasoning and half of the cheese. Stir and mix them well.
3) Grease the scallop shells or ramekins well. Fill the mixture into them. Scatter them over the stuffed ramekins. Also sprinkle a some bread crumbs over them.
4) Bake for 30 minutes.
SERVING
5)Remove from heat and serve hot.
