Cheese Head Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
Cheesecake:
2 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 eggs (treat'em the way we like the Packers to treat the Cowboys, beat well)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
Topping:
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Approximately 1/2 cup sugar
Crust:
13 double graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter (a little less)
Directions
Cheesecake: Mix cheese and eggs (well beaten), one package cream cheese at a time.
Add sugar and vanilla; beat well.
Topping: Mix ingredients all together; set aside.
Crust: Using double graham crackers, roll those babies until they ain't got no bones.
Melt a little less than 1/4 pound butter and mix with the crackers.
Line a spring pan with the crust (about 2 inches up the side is ok).
Pour in cheesecake mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
Pour on topping.
Bake 5 minutes more at 350°.
After cooling, some people put fresh cherries on top.
