Cheese French Omelet Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 4 Small, beaten | |
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Dash | |
| Curry powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup diced sharp process American cheese | ||
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and curry powder.
Melt butter in 8-inch skillet; when hot, add the egg mixture.
Cook over medium heat, running spatula around the edge and lifting to allow the uncooked egg to flow underneath.
When the bottom is set and lightly brown, top with diced cheese.
Remove from heat and cover the pan 3 minutes.
Fold in half; slip onto warm plate.
Trim with parsley fluff.
