Cheese Fondue Surprise Recipe

1 3/4 cups milk
2 cups soft bread cubes
1 wedge (8 ounces) sharp natural Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Dash Tabasco
4 eggs, separated
Directions
Heat milk in saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients except eggs; stir until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat.
Gradually add beaten egg yolks; cool slightly.
Fold into stiffly beaten egg whites; pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 325' for 50 minutes.
