Seasoned Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
| Swiss Cheese | 1/2 pound, shredded | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Kirsch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| French bread, cut in 1 inch cubes | ||
Directions
1. In a 2-quart glass casserole, mix together the cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder, nutmeg, and white pepper. Add milk and, if desired, kirsch; stir to mix.
2. Cook, covered, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once or twice. Rest, covered, 5 minutes.
