Low Fat American Cheese Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 oz. low fat American cheese, cut into 1 -in. cubes | ||
| Skim milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Summer savory | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except sherry.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 6 to 8 minutes, or until hot and smooth, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Blend in sherry.
Serve with raw vegetables.
