Cheese Fondue With Dry White Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups shredded sharp process American cheese | ||
| 4 to 6 drops red pepper sauce | ||
| Dry white wine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dippers (raw vegetable strips and rye bread cubes) | ||
Directions
Place cheese, red pepper sauce and wine in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes; stir until smooth.
Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm.
Serve with Dippers.
