Simple Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
2 fresh eggs
1 oz. butter or margarine
2 oz. grated Emmenthal or Gruyere
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Beat the eggs thoroughly, and add the butter cut in small pieces, and the grated cheese.
Season well.
Put in a small saucepan and stir over a fairly quick heat until the mixture begins to thicken.
It should be thick enough to eat with a fork.
