Cheese Filled Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
| 3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 6-ounce package sliced Mozzarella cheese | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese; mix well.
Divide meat mixture in thirds.
Pat 1/3 in bottom of 9 1/2 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan; cover with half the cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with meat.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
