 Cottage cheese2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sharp cheddar cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 2 oz. Roquefort cheese or blue cheese, crumbled
 Mayonnaise3 Tablespoon
 Prepared horseradish2 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon
 Green onions3 , finely chopped
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Apples2 , sliced
 Pears2 , sliced

Directions

Drain cottage cheese.
In a medium bowl, combine drained cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, Roquefort cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, onions, salt and pepper, stirring to blend ingredients.
Spoon into a medium serving bowl.
