Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Gherkins | 2 , chopped | |
| Green chillies | 2 , deseeded | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, add 1/2 teaspoon water if needed, blend to a smooth paste, chill before serving.
