Cheese Dainties Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup Gold Medal Flour | ||
| Butter margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. thick preserves, such as cherry | ||
| 1 egg white, beaten until frothy | ||
| Granulated sugar | ||
Directions
Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting.
Cut butter and cheese into flour until particles are size of giant peas.
Work dough with hands until it cleans bowl; press firmly into ball.
Chill about 1 hr.
Heat oven to 375° (quick mod.).
