Cheese Custards Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups heavy cream
4 eggs
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Grease six 6-ounce custard cups.
In small bowl, combine cream, eggs, and seasonings; mix well.
Stir in cheeses.
Pour into prepared custard cups.
Set in pan of hot water.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
