Cheese Custard Recipe

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 quart milk, scalded
2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F.
and grease an 8-inch round, glass baking dish.
In a medium-size bowl, beat eggs lightly.
Add scalded milk and stir until well blended.
Put cottage cheese through a sieve, then add it to the milk-egg mixture.
Add honey and vanilla.
Mix flour and salt and add to the custard.
Pour into baking dish, set dish in larger pan, and pour boiling water into the pan to a level of about 1 1/2 inches.
Bake in preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until a knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean.
Cool.
