Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add cereal and cheese, stirring with fork until thoroughly mixed.
Beat egg with hot pepper sauce in small bowl.
Drizzle evenly over cheese mixture and blend well.
Transfer dough to large piece of foil.
Divide dough in half and form into 2 cylinders, each about 1 1/2 inches wide.
Cover and chill at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut cylinders into 1/4-inch slices.
Arrange on baking sheet and press lightly with fingertips.
Bake until golden and crisp, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Store in airtight container.
