Cheese Crab Canapes Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 6 1/2 Ounce, canned | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne -€“ a dash | ||
| Lemon | 1/2 | |
| Parsley -€“ few sprigs, chopped | ||
| White bread slice | 6 | |
| Parmesan cheese -€“ ¼ cup, grated or Romano cheese -€“ ¼ cup, grated | ||
| Fine dry breadcrumbs -€“ 2 tbsp | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Prepare a mixture of crabmeat, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, cayenne, lemon, and parsley.
2. Spread crab mixture atop bread slices after trimming the crusts and toasting it.
3. Prepare a mixture of cheese and crumbs and spread atop crab.
4. Cut each into 4 triangles and broil until mildly brown.
SERVING
5. Serve Cheese Crab Canapes hot with a salsa.
