Cheese Corn Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8-oz. package corn muffin mix | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| 1 8-oz. can cream-style corn | ||
| 1/2 c. shredded sharp American process cheese | ||
| Hot Sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Fill well-greased 2 1/2-inch muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake in 425-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
