Cheese Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) cottage cheese
1 cup (250 ml) ricotta cheese
1/4 cup (60 ml) pearl onions, marinated, quartered
1/4 cup (60 ml) sour pickles, chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) tomato, diced
2 tbsp (30 ml) spinach, finely shredded
3/4 tsp (3 ml) Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 tsp (5 ml) sugar (optional)
Directions
– Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill.
