Cinnamon Flavored Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Graham crackers | 20 , crumbled | |
| Melted butter | 1/4 Pound | |
| Cream cheese | 1 Pound | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dash cinnamon | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pt. of sour cream with 2 T. of sugar | ||
Directions
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together and press into an 8" pie pan.
Chili before filling.
Cream together cream cheese, eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, dash cinnamon, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into pie pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool cake for 5 minutes.
Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and dash of cinnamon.
Blend with a spoon and spread over cooled cake.
Return to 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
