Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Crust:
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1/4 cup sugar
Filling:
3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Topping:
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
Glaze:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions
Crust: Mix ingredients together and let sit.
Filling: Blend sugar and salt with softened cream cheese until it fluffs.
Add eggs.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Topping: Mix ingredients well.
Spoon over cake.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
Glaze: Cook ingredients over medium heat until thick.
Let cool and pour on.
