Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs
1/4 c wholewheat pastry flour
1 /4 t sea salt
2/3 c honey
2 t lemon juice
1/2 t lemon rind
3/4 c yogurt
2 c cottage cheese, small curd
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Directions
Beat eggs until thick, add honey, flour, salt, lemon juice, and rind.
Blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, and yogurt then add to the egg mixture.
Blend all.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
(To make crust, crumble 18 graham crackers with rolling pin and stir in 1/4 c date sugar, 1/2 cube melted butter, and 1/2 t cinnamon.)
Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
