Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 large sourdough rolls | ||
| Unsalted butter | 8 Tablespoon, softened | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Preheat the broiler.
Slice the rolls in half.
Spread each half with about 1 tablespoon of the butter.
Sprinkle with the garlic, Parmesan, and mozzarella, divided equally among the halves.
Broil until the cheeses are bubbling and the bread is toasted around the edges.
Serve hot.
