Directions

1. Toast sesame seeds by heating them in a dry frying pan on medium/high heat until golden brown. Stir frequently or constantly. Remove from heat and place on a small plate. Let cool completely before continuing.
2. Oil hands with cooking oil to prevent cheese from sticking to hands.
3. Scoop up a small amount of the goat cheese and form into a ball in the palm of your hand. Place on plate with sesame and roll to coat. Repeat. This should make about 10 balls depending on how big you make them.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minute or more. Serve on a platter.
