Cheese And Tomato Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread pieces | 3 , sliced | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cheese | 100 Gram, grated | |
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon, made | |
| Tomatoes | 2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cut three rounds from the bread.
Toast and butter the rounds.
Make a paste of cheese, mustard and milk.
Dip tomatoes in boiling water for a minute or two.
Take them out and skin them.
Now slice and remove seeds gently.
Spread cheese paste on rounds of toast.
Place tomato slices on top.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Dot with butter.
Place under hot grill till cheese melts or bake in hot (210°C) oven for 15 minutes.
