Cheese And Tomato Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green onions | 2 , minced | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 English muffins, split and toasted | ||
| Tomato Slices | 8 | |
| Butter | ||
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Divide mixture among 8 muffin halves.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
Top each muffin with a tomato slice and a dot of butter.
Return to broiler until butter bubbles.
