Cheese And Spinach Crustless Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs
1/3 cup half'n half
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained and 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Beat eggs with half'n half until light and fluffy.
Blend in cheese, spinach, bacon, lemon juice and salt.
Pour into lightly greased 9-inch quiche dish.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cover completely with plastic wrap.
Cook on COOK 6.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at MEDIUM 10 to 12 minutes.
TO COMPLETE: Quiche is done when knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes.
