Cheese And Rice Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup cooked rice, hot | ||
| 1 cup tomato purSe | ||
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 2 eggs, beaten very light | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Mix together, bake in moderate oven in a buttered casserole or mold.
If tomatoes are not fancied, substitute 1 1/2 cups white sauce.
