GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot 350°
MAKING
2) In a bowl mix all ingredients except Parmesan.
3) Spray a 1 1/2-quart casserole with vegetable coating transfer mixture into it.
4) Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over rice.
5) Bake for 20 minutes.
SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
