 Potato1 Medium, boiled
 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced and cooked
 Pimento2 Tablespoon, shredded
 Skim milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 ounces grated sharp cheddar or Swiss cheese
 Dash paprika or cayenne pepper
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a shallow pan, make layers of potato, mushrooms and pimento and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour in milk, top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325° F. until bubbly.
