Cheese And Onion Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
| Baked quiche shell | ||
| Onions | 2 , finely chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| 3/4 cup evaporated milk or light cream | ||
| 1 cup shredded cheddar or gruyere cheese | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
Combine onions and butter in 2-cup measure.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onions are transparent.
Spread in bottom of baked quiche shell.
Beat eggs lightly with wire whip.
Stir in evaporated milk, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over onions.
Microwave as directed above.
