Cheese And Onion Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 8 Ounce | |
| Milk | 1 Pint | |
| Breadcrumbs | 6 Ounce | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Salt and pepper | 1 | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 | |
| Parsley | 1 , chopped |
Directions
1. Peel and slice the onions thinly and cook slowly in the milk until just tender,
2. Remove from the heat, add the breadcrumbs and beaten eggs and most of the cheese.
3. Season very carefully with salt, pepper and a . little cayenne pepper. .
4. Turn into a greased fireproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake about 20 minutes in a moderate oven (350°F - Gas Mark 4). Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
