Cheese And Noodle Casserole Recipe
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese/Soft cheese||12 Ounce|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chives||2 Tablespoon, chopped|

|Chopped herbs/1 teaspoon caraway seeds||1 Tablespoon (Marjoram)|

Boil the noodles, rinse under cold water, drain and put to one side.
In a large mixing bowl combine the sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese and milk.
Add the noodles and toss gently.
Add the chives, salt, pepper and herbs or caraway seeds, and stir well.
Then tip the mixture into the baking dish and dab pieces of butter over the top.
Sprinkle the parsley and Parmesan over the dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
