Cheese and Herb Sausages Recipe
Ingredients
| Breadcrumbs | 5 Ounce | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, grated | |
| Egg | 1 , separated | |
| Mixed herbs | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Mustard powder | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Crumbs | 1/2 Ounce (For coating and frying) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Ounce (For coating and frying) | |
| Egg white | 1 (For coating and frying) | |
| Oil | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a bowl, place the breadcrumbs, onion, cheddar cheese and herbs
2) To it add the salt, pepper and mustard powder
3) Then add the egg yolk and stir to let it all come together
4) Divide the mixture to 12 or 14 portions
5) Using then hands roll out each portion into a sausage
6) Coat in breadcrumbs mixture and then dip into the egg white mixture to coat evenly
7) Into a large wok, shallow fry the sausages till crisp brown
8) Drain onto absorbent kitchen towels

9) Serve hot with some tomato sauce
