Ingredients

 Breadcrumbs5 Ounce
 Cheddar Cheese4 Ounce, grated
 Onion1 Medium, grated
 Egg1 , separated
 Mixed herbs1 Teaspoon, dried
 Mustard powder3/4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Crumbs1/2 Ounce (For coating and frying)
 Parmesan cheese 1/2 Ounce (For coating and frying)
 Egg white1 (For coating and frying)
 Oil

Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, place the breadcrumbs, onion, cheddar cheese and herbs
2) To it add the salt, pepper and mustard powder
3) Then add the egg yolk and stir to let it all come together
4) Divide the mixture to 12 or 14 portions
5) Using then hands roll out each portion into a sausage
6) Coat in breadcrumbs mixture and then dip into the egg white mixture to coat evenly
7) Into a large wok, shallow fry the sausages till crisp brown
8) Drain onto absorbent kitchen towels

SERVING
9) Serve hot with some tomato sauce
