Cheese and Grape Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1-lb package frozen puff pastry | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| 4 oz white grapes | ||
| Salami | 4 Ounce, sliced | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Thaw the pastry
MAKING
2. Roll the pastry out on a floured surface into a rectangle about an eightth of an inch ion thickness and cut into squares of 2" dimensions
3. In a bowl, mix eggs with water, paprika, black pepper and allspirec and use it to brush over the pastry
4. Cut the cheese into cubes; halve the grapes and remove the seeds and cut the salami into small pieces
5. On each of the pastry squares, place a cube of cheese, one half of a grape and a piece of salami
6. Bring all the corners of the pastry inwards in the shape of an envelope and press together; brush the egg mixture on top
7. Place the squares on a greased baking sheet and bake for fifteen minutes at 400° F

8. Serve warm
