Cheese And Chicken Roll Ups Recipe Video
Ingredients
Chicken Breasts - 4 halves, boneless, skinless
Boursin Cheese - as required
Fresh Chopped Parsley - as required
Butter - 1/4 cup, melted
Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix - 1 cup, crushed
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 325°F/170°C
MAKING
2. Pound chicken between plastic wrap to 1/3" thickness.
3. Dollop Boursin Cheese over chicken, spread and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
4. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
5. Roll in butter and then the stuffing mix to coat.
6. Place in a 9 x 9 inches casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
7. Sprinkle any remaining stuffing over the chicken.
8. Drizzle each roll with about 1 Tablespoon water to lightly moisten.
9. Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

10. Serve hot.
