Cheese and Beetroot Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 oz. cooked beetroot, diced | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, peeled | |
| Green pepper | 1 Small, sliced | |
| 2 tomatoes, skinned and sliced | ||
| French dressing | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 8 Ounce, cubed | |
| Chicory | ||
Directions
Toss the prepared beetroot, onion, green pepper and tomatoes in French dressing.
Arrange cubes of cheese at either end of a flat serving dish, then cubes of diced beetroot.
Place alternate slices of tomato, onion and green pepper in rows, as shown in the photograph.
Garnish with chicory.
