Ingredients
| Italian bread loaf | 1 16 inch | |
| Monterey jack cheese | 1 pound | |
| Beer | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut Italian bread into 18 slices. Place slices on large cookie sheet; bake 10 to 12 minutes, until browned.
2. Meanwhile, grease 13" by 9" baking dish. Cut cheese into 18 slices. Sprinkle each bread slice with about 1 tablespoon beer. Arrange bread and cheese in dish lengthwise in 2 rows, alternating bread and cheese slices, overlapping slightly; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
