Directions
MAKING
1 On each of 6 toast slices, place 1 slice of American cheese, 4 bacon halves, and 1 slice Swiss cheese.
2 Top with the remaining pieces of toast.
3 Cook, rotating one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time: 45 to 60 seconds for 1 sandwich; 2 to 2 1/2 minutes for 3 sandwiches; and 3 to 4 minutes for 6 sandwiches.
SERVING
4 Serve warm.
