Cheese and Bacon Nachos Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon rashers | 6 , finely chopped | |
| Onions spring | 6 , finely chopped | |
| 4 jalapeno chilies, finely chopped | ||
| 200 g / 6 1/2 oz packet corn chips | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 125 Gram, grated | |
| 1 cup / 250 g / 8 oz sour cream | ||
Directions
1. Cook bacon, spring onions and chilies in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
2. Place corn chips in a shallow ovenproof dish and sprinkle with bacon mixture and cheese. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately, accompanied with sour cream for dipping.
