Cheese And Anchovy Toast Recipe

2-3 slices toast

1 tsp. vinegar

1/2 c. grated cheese

Few drops anchovy essence

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all the ingredients to a smooth paste and spread on the hot toast.
Cut in fingers and serve hot.
