Cheese A La Creme Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 3 Ounce | |
| 1 pound cream-style cottage cheese | ||
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mint leaves | ||
| Fruit | ||
Directions
Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gradually beat in.cream, beating until thick.
Stand strainer (or colander) in bowl deeper than strainer.
Line strainer with several thicknesses of cheesecloth.
Pour in mixture; tie cloth.
Let drain overnight in refrigerator.
Untie; turn out on plate; remove cheesecloth.
Decorate top with mint leaves.
Surround with sugared whole berries, melon, or other fruit.
