| 2 Pkgs. Gelatin | ||
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 Pint Whipping Cream, or 1 Pkg. Dream Whip | ||
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing:) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Dressing:) | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Dressing:) | |
| Celery | 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Dressing:) | |
Directions
Put gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water for 10 minutes.
Heat pineapple and lemon juice; add gelatin to hot mixture; cool.
When above is set, add cheddar cheese and cream (whipped).
Turn into mold.
Dressing: Mix all ingredients together; chill.
